GlobalSoft Light!

A GlobalSoft initiative to integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and interactions with their stakeholders. GlobalSoft believes in achieving a balance of economic, environmental and social imperatives, while at the same time addressing the expectations of stakeholders. As a first step, the GlobalSoft Light team is in the process of considering various initiatives primarily to provide for the needy. Slowly and steadily, we hope to do more to make a difference in the lives of people.

Notable Projects:
Special School, Vellore:
An initiative to help mentally retarded children to learn few gestures, basic reading and writing capabilities to help them communicate with their near and dear.[A doctor has volunteered to visit the school and train the kids on a weekly basis.]

MITHRA orphanage, Chennai:
An initiative to donate clothes, toys and indoor games items to children.

Udhavum Ullangal Illam, Chennai:
An initiative to donate footwear to children.

Government School, Tumkur:
An initiative to donate Desks and Benches to the school.

Sriram Sevashrama Samaste, Mysore:
An initiative to donate cots, beds, bedsheets and spreadsheets to Old age home people.
