Job Description / Role: Effectively handle CRM Offshore and onsite development team.
Coordinate delivery of technical development with Onsite / client business.
Primary Tech Skills: Minimum 2 to 3 end-to-end SAP CRM projects experience.
Hands on Working experience on CRM Web UI-BOL, GENIL, CRM Badis, AET/EEWB, PPF, Adobe Interactive Forms, ACE, Enterprise/Web services and Workflow in SAP CRM Services.
CRM Middleware experience in configuring, enhancement and troubleshooting bi-directional exchange between CRM and ECC/BI/Mobile.
Experience in IC enhancements are added advantage.
Exp in Years: 5+ yrs
Secondary Tech Skills: More than 2 yrs of experience working in Sales On Demand/ByDesign handling technical developments.
Non-Tech Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Collaborate effectively with client business, onsite and offshore team.
Able to multitask and handle deliverables under pressure.
Education: Bachelors in Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications
